10-Year Military Veteran · Systems Builder

STOP
SURVIVING.
PROTECT
YOURS.

Most men don't lack motivation. They lack a system. I help men 25–44 build the daily structures that hold when life gets hard — in their body, their mind, and everything they're fighting to protect.

Rich Gerding PROTECT YOURS

Sound Familiar?

YOU'RE CAPABLE. YOU'RE JUST MISSING A SYSTEM.

Motivation fades. Life gets complicated. Here's where most men in their 30s and 40s find themselves stuck:

01

Running on Empty

Low energy, poor recovery, a body slowly falling behind. Work and family come first — your health pays the price.

02

The Restart Cycle

You go hard for two weeks, life happens, you fall off. Then you start over — again. The cycle quietly destroys your self-trust.

03

No Real Structure

You know what you should be doing. You just don't have a non-negotiable system that holds when things get hard.

04

Identity Disconnect

You remember who you were — focused, driven, locked in. Somewhere between responsibility and routine, you lost him.

05

Zero Accountability

Going it alone doesn't work. You need someone in your corner who's been there — and won't let you off the hook.

06

Watching the Clock

Weight creeping up. Less sharp than you used to be. You know where this road leads if nothing changes.

Who Is Rich Gerding

I KNOW WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO
LOSE EVERYTHING.

I served 10 years across two branches — 7 in the Navy, 3 in the Air Force. The military gave me structure, identity, and purpose. Then I walked out the door and all of it disappeared.

Without the mission, I lost myself. I turned to alcohol to fill the void. My marriage nearly ended. My sense of purpose evaporated completely. I wasn't just struggling — I was at rock bottom.

What pulled me back wasn't a motivational speech or a 30-day challenge. It was rebuilding everything from the ground up — deliberately and systematically. Sobriety. My body. My marriage. My mind. All of it together, one non-negotiable at a time.

My wife and I are solid. My life is built on structure I trust. And now I'm giving other men the exact frameworks that made that possible — so they don't have to hit the bottom I did to find them.

What I Stand For

THE CODE

This isn't about being perfect. It's about building an identity around what you said you'd do — and showing up to prove it every single day.

01
Discipline as Identity
Not a habit. Not optional. It's who you are.
02
Consistency Over Intensity
Show up every day. That's the standard.
03
Kept Promises
Self-respect is built one kept promise at a time.
04
Resilience Under Pressure
Your system holds when life doesn't cooperate.
05
Brotherhood
Men who hold each other to a higher standard.
06
Structure Over Willpower
Systems beat motivation every single time.
